Begin adding all the ingredients, except the milk, and mix all. Finally, add the milk and mix with a spoon. Take 15 cupcake papers in a container and throw only 1 tablespoon of dough into each individual refractory. Take the cookies to bake in a hot oven for about 20 minutes.
